What is your cancellation policy?
1
Because I set aside the time for you, I appreciate at least 24 hours notice, when possible. I understand that sometimes life happens (for both of us!), so I allow for one missed appointment. After that, there will be a 50% charge for any missed session without 24 hour notice.
Should I tip?
2
While it is customary to tip a massage therapist (as you would tip your hairdresser or waiter/waitress), it is appreciated, though not expected, when you come to see me.

Can I refer to you?
3
Absolutely! I love the clients I get to work with, and I am honored when you think the work I offer could benefit someone else. The best way to build my business has been through referrals, so please spread the word! If I can’t help them, I have a wonderful network of practitioners I can help point them in the right direction to someone who is the best fit for them.

What is energy balancing?
What are your rates?
The first part of the session is an intake for me to get a better idea of what you’re bringing into the office that day. Once you’ve indicated what’s going on with you and where you’d like me to focus, I’ll do an energy balancing.
If you're also there for massage, I’ll then leave the room, and you can undress to your comfort level. With the remaining time, I’ll focus on the hands on bodywork, including a mixture of the various types of modalities I’ve studied, based on what I feel like will work best with your body.
What’s most important to me is that you are comfortable! For just an energy balancing session, you’ll be fully clothed the entire time. For the combination energy balancing/bodywork session, I usually tell clients to undress to their comfort level-- so that depends on you! Some clients choose to keep undergarments on, some choose to wear loose fitting clothing, some choose to remove everything. You will be draped the entire time by a sheet and blanket, and I only uncover the area I’m working on.
My studio is located in North West Longmont, Colorado in the McIntosh Complex.
I love working with first-time clients! I explain everything ahead of time, and really try to make it as comfortable for you as possible. Some clients choose to sleep, some clients choose to chat with me– it’s entirely up to you. I just ask that you let me know if there’s ever anything you need me to do differently.
I’m so glad you asked! Since everything in the makeup of the universe is energy and its frequency (how it’s moving or not moving), it’s the study at a very subtle level of the makeup of who you are.
When I do a balancing, I’m intuitively tuning into your being to look for how your energy is flowing or not flowing in relationship to the most optimal health for you. There are patterns in how energy flows in the world, and I’m just looking very simply at whether your body is following those patterns or not. I’ll voice whatever comes to mind (if you’d like me to), but the very nature of bringing attention to these areas starts to shift the energy being back to its optimal level of functioning.
