What is massage? Massage is a comprehensive study on the benefits and application of soft tissue manipulation for the health and wellbeing of an individual. Sometimes I tell clients it’s “muscle squishing,” when in reality it’s so much more. It’s a study of how attending to the soft tissues and systems of the body can benefit a person’s overall health and wellbeing.

There are many different types of energy work out in the world. It is an intuitive way of tuning into the subtle energetic patterns of health in person's makeup. I'm simply looking at whether your body is following those patterns or not and how to help support an easy and natural flow.

DBB is a form of craniosacral therapy that tunes into the the rhythms and patterns of bone and fascia movement in the body and helps unwind some of the stuck patterns to assist with a client’s overall health and mobility. I find when I incorporate this style of work, it’s very subtle yet very profound and helps release muscles more quickly and at a much deeper level, producing longer lasting results.

Zen Shiatsu was the first modality we learned as students in my massage program. It is an eastern based approach at studying and working with the body that focuses on how the chi, or energy, flows along certain pathways called meridians in the body. By helping balance the flow of energy, the entire body/mind/spirit of a person is similarly affected.

Every session with me is different. Each day you show up to my office you come with a different set of concerns so you’ll never receive the same visit twice.
Whole Body Care
Shoulder hurts? Well that might be coming from your liver or pectoral muscles! I’ll do a whole body analysis to make sure you’re balanced and supported from top to bottom.

Every client is different so every treatment recommendation is different. We will discuss what frequency works best for you and your body.

Bodywork is more than just the physical touch, I also look at the energetics of your system to make sure you’re fully supported and nothing is left out of the equation.
